The Original HUF x Air Max 1 Returns After 20 Years

HUF and Nike‘s relationship dates back to when the former was solely a San Francisco-based boutique posted up on Sutter St. Over the years, the two parties have collaborated on multiple footwear projects that involve silhouettes like the Air Force 1, Nike SB Dunk Low, Nike SB Dunk High, Air Trainer 1 and more.

After almost a year of waiting, HUF has brought back its original Nike Air Max 1 design.

After multiple hints from the company, all three pairs with their corresponding visual breakdowns have been officially unveiled. Available in three different colors - HUF's classic green from 2004, along with sample designs of orange and pink from the same year - the HUF team remained faithful to the original designs, with the only change being the addition of co-branding on the tongue tags and sock-liner.

Each pair comes with a silver pendant featuring Bones, the beloved dog of the original HUF store. HUF's official press release mentioned that there will be an extremely limited release of "Friends and Family" pairs, each with its own unique number, that will not be sold in stores.
