Pioneering music and arts festival 'Groove On The Grass' returns to the Middle East this November with events in Jeddah and Dubai. The Jeddah event will take place on November 10th, and Dubai will host on the 18th.
The Dubai event will be a legendary reunion with it's home turf and people, coined as "11 Years Of Groove".
