Cinema Akil is marking the 10th anniversary of Reel Palestine with a festival that aims to shine a spotlight on Palestine. Running from 26 January to 4 February, the event is committed to showcasing stories through cinema and offer an alternative view.
Reel Palestine 2024 is presented by Bayt, and supported by Bristol and Advanced Media. This year’s festival draws inspiration from the Gaza City shield, which is a symbol of rebirth and renewal. The programme includes 12 films and documentaries, and 24 screenings. Plus, there are a range of masterclasses, workshops and a souk.
